ADAMkyc, owned by ADAMKYC Operations Limited, and operating as a subsidiary under the umbrella of the International Centre for Trade Transparency Limited, seeks to enhance transparency and access to data regarding individuals and corporations. Our mission is to serve public interest, empower journalistic investigations, promote academic research, facilitate other data-centric platforms, and boost commercial endeavors.

ADAMkyc is operated and published by ADAMKYC Operations Limited. While our terms and conditions strive for clarity and simplicity, certain legal intricacies are imperative.

  1. Scope and Offerings

Our offerings encompass website access, database exploration and bulk data checking capabilities free of charge. We also provision premium API access. If you’ve entered into a paid agreement with us for using bulk data or our API, these terms augment that agreement. Should any discrepancy arise, the paid contract will hold priority.

  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Data presented on ADAMkyc stems from multiple sources, some of which might harbor inadvertent errors or complexities which can affect its representation. Consequently, we can’t guarantee the absolute accuracy of all data. Your utilization of our data is strictly at your discretion.

We curate ADAMkyc to be free of charge; thus, our liability is restricted as outlined:

  • ADAMkyc is offered without any warranties or assurances, either direct or implied by law. This includes, but isn’t limited to, the reliability, applicability, non-violation, security, and accuracy of the content.
  • We are immune to any loss or damage stemming from your use of ADAMkyc, including data loss, profit reductions, goodwill diminution, and any indirect or consequential losses.
  1. Utilization of ADAMkyc

ADAMkyc provides comprehensive data access and encourages its reuse. We prohibit any undue stress on our servers, such as “scraping”, particularly when bulk data access is available. Engaging in prohibited activities might result in legal consequences.

  1. Use of the ADAMkyc API

Our API is accessible via an API key, ensuring broader request allowances within specific time frames. Light usage, such as developmental phases of new applications, is allowed without the API key.

  1. Data Set Explanation

ADAMkyc amalgamates diverse lists of significant entities from various regions. This data, often scattered across governmental websites, is assimilated and structured for easy integration with third-party systems.

We duly acknowledge our government data sources. However, we reserve rights over the database’s construct.

  1. Licensing Your Contributions

Should you contribute to our platform, you’re affirming its authenticity or its public domain status. You bestow upon us a perpetual, global, non-exclusive license, which can be sub-licensed, covering any intellectual property rights you might possess in your contributions at no cost to us.

  1. Respecting Copyrights

While we acknowledge fair use, fair dealing, and other exceptions to copyright law, users should be cautious as the same legal exceptions may not cover their utilization of specific materials on ADAMkyc.

  1. Trade Marks

Any trademarks present on ADAMkyc are not covered by the site’s copyright license. The names ADAMkyc or any affiliated logos aren’t encompassed by this license either.
In subscribing to the ADAMkyc service, please be aware that we hold the right to feature your organization’s logos in our promotional content. Should you prefer to exclude your logo from such usage, kindly communicate your decision via email to adamkyc@icttm.org. In the absence of such communication, we will assume the right to utilize your logo in our marketing materials without additional authorization.

  1. Privacy Policy

To understand how we manage, use, and protect your personal data, kindly refer to our detailed Privacy Policy, compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By engaging with ADAMkyc, you consent to the aforementioned terms and conditions.

  1. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

  • Not utilize the platform for any unlawful purpose, including violating intellectual property rights, breaching privacy, or circumventing any security features.

While we aim to ensure that ADAMkyc is available 24/7, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to potential technical failures or scheduled maintenance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our services at any time without prior notice.

If you breach any terms of this agreement, or we believe your actions might cause legal liability or disrupt the access for others, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ADAMkyc.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service periodically. It’s your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of ADAMkyc signifies acceptance of the modified terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ADAMkyc and its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
